Our Story
Founding partner Carl E. Christensen started the firm in 2008 to do something different: a Minneapolis law practice where clients actually talk to their lawyer, where every case gets a fair and honest evaluation, and where results matter more than billable hours. More than fifteen years later, we have grown into a multi-attorney litigation firm — but we have kept that founding promise.
Our attorneys have been recognized by Super Lawyers, named MSBA North Star Lawyers, and rated AV-Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell. We have represented clients in state and federal court, in administrative proceedings, before the Minnesota Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility, and in trial, appellate, and post-judgment matters across the country.

Carl E. Christensen — Founding Partner
Carl founded the firm in 2008 and leads its litigation, consumer-protection, and intellectual property practices. He has been recognized by Super Lawyers, holds Martindale-Hubbell’s AV-Preeminent rating, and is a Minnesota State Bar Association North Star Lawyer for his pro bono work. His practice covers business law, consumer law, intellectual property, complex civil litigation, real estate, and trial consulting and representation.
William J. Rogers
William is a Super Lawyers Rising Star whose practice includes bankruptcy, business law, consumer law, construction law, civil litigation, and real estate. He represents homeowners, consumers, and businesses in matters ranging from construction-defect litigation to debtor-creditor disputes.
Ryan P. Supple
Ryan is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Hennepin County Bar Association. He handles business law, consumer law, cannabis law, construction law, civil litigation, and real estate matters for clients throughout the Twin Cities and greater Minnesota.
Christopher Wilcox
Christopher is a former adjunct professor at the University of Minnesota Law School. His practice focuses on consumer law, bankruptcy, and civil litigation — including representing homeowners and consumers in disputes with lenders, debt collectors, and credit reporting agencies.
